Combative Athletic Club

Combative Athletic Club offers over 10 years experience in hand-to-hand contact, kickboxing, certified personal training, group fitness classes, and a certified nutritionist. Personal training is offered by appointment only. Scheduled classes are offered in two equipped classrooms, and on the school grounds and surrounding outdoors with a focus on cardio, functional training, and calisthenics.

The Record Seller

The Record Seller is an indie record store in Onancock, Virginia, operated by John Monsees. John has been collecting, buying and selling records since the 1980s, and through the 1990s he worked at Bleecker Bob’s Golden Oldies, Generation Records, and Tower Records, as well as independently trading and selling, in person and online (once that became a thing). John owned and ran the retail store Sound Idea Records, which became Eastern Shore Record Exchange.

Seasonal Hours: Open Saturdays from 10am-4pm, and after June 18, open Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays 10-4, and Sundays 12 noon - 4pm. Other times by appointment.
