Thinking about Honey Bees as a hobby? The Beekeeper’s Guild of the Eastern Shore is offering a 2-day course on BEGINNING BEEKEEPING. Everything you need to know to get started with your own honey bees this year!

Registration fee is $30 and includes:

• Course registration

• Text book “Beekeeping Basics” (1 per family registered)

• Course materials

• Breakfast/light lunch

• A 3-month membership in the Eastern Shore VA Beekeeper’s Guild

This two-day course is just the beginning! Participants will meet many beekeepers from the Eastern Shore during the two-day course. We are a friendly group and have 9 meetings per year, an annual picnic and hands-on “open hive” experiences. Membership in the ESVA Beekeeper’s Guild is only $20 and new members are always welcome.
